We begin with a diagnostic session to identify core psycho-emotional wounds. Depending on your needs, the process may include tools from Systemic Constellations, Trans personal Psychology, Theta Healing, and Biodecoding (including transgenerational dynamics). After each session, you’ll receive personalized practices and systemic exercises to deepen your integration and self-awareness between sessions. This is an ideal path for those ready to (re)connect with their inner process with intention and depth.
