This session is recommended for those looking for an initial integrative therapeutic counseling or a powerful session with a theme (problem) already defined by you. It is also a session for those who want to learn about my therapeutic approach before committing to a package of multiple session. The session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. I use different approaches, or techniques, in this session, such those from Systemic Constellation, Thetahealing and biodecoding. Usually a single session brings results that can reverberate for 2 to 3 months, creating an important space for transformations in your life.
